Once through the process, these yarns have the same chemical and performance characteristics as Nylon 6 polymers. The primary backings are made from recycled polyester, and the secondary backings are made from recycled polypropylene. Additionally, the process used to manufacture with these yarns reduces water demand by 15% and reduces gas house emissions by 85%.
